About

Offline Arcade started as a shared notes file between a few friends who kept recommending each other games for flights and commutes. We got tired of installing something 'offline' only to hit a login wall on the second screen, so we decided to keep a real, honest list.,Everyone on the team plays on their own phone, on their own time. Nobody gets a script. If a game annoyed us by the third level, we say so, and if something quietly became our lunch-break habit, we say that too.,We pick games mostly by one rule: can you open it with the plane doors closed and still have fun? From there we look at controls, how fair the difficulty feels, and whether it respects your battery and storage.,This site isn't sponsored by studios. It's a hobby project that grew, and we'd rather keep it small and truthful than big and paid-for.
